So sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you.

Dick and I knew each other at Lilly. We worked together and laughed about basketball. He supported a great basketball team while I supported Purdue, so he was laughing more than I was. He was a bright, witty man that I was blessed to have known.

Dick was a close friend at Lilly, and after we both retired. He was particularly bright and insightful. I will miss our lengthy lunch discussions of politics, Indiana basketball, and movies, and also his wisdom and sage advice. Goodbye old friend.
